What's the difference between Living Hinge Pro and CNC Base Pro?
Living Hinge Pro covers all hinge generators on this site. CNC Base Pro additionally unlocks every tool on cncbase.tools and fingerjointbox.com — with the same 100 monthly downloads shared across all three sites.
Do I need a plan to use the free tools?
No — the free tools are available without a plan, up to 10 exports per day. With a free account your exports are saved to your account.
What happens to my files when my subscription ends?
Your history stays in your account permanently. Direct file access ends after the respective period — with Business there is a 30-day grace period after the subscription ends. Via "Open in tool" you can regenerate any file with the same settings at any time.
How do I cancel?
Right here on this page or in the customer portal — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the term. You keep full access until then and lose nothing early.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe issues a PDF invoice for every payment — you can find it in the customer portal at any time. As a small business under Sec. 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) we do not charge VAT.
